I was unable to photograph all groups but many of them are here. The Guardian citing the organizers report the size of the march at 30,000. I think it was bigger. But most importantly, as the photos show it was empowering. I hope everyone goes back home organizing to recruit at least one person every three months to become a climate activist. If we all do that there would be millions in the streets in just a few years. The politicians, corporate leaders, technocrats, and bureaucrats will not stop the crisis in time to save much of life on Earth.
